We are currently looking to fill the following positions: 

Service & Administration Coordinator

We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Service & Administration Coordinator to join our growing fire sprinkler business.

Working within our Service Department, you'll help coordinate engineers, manage customer enquiries, process service documentation and support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop. It is a full-time, office-based role based at our head office in Richmond, North Yorkshire

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent organisational and communication skills
• Enjoys working in a busy office environment
• Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Has a positive attitude and great attention to detail
• Has experience in administration, customer service or scheduling (preferred but not essential)

Previous fire sprinkler experience isn't required – we'll provide full training and support.

Field Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work and ensuring life‑safety systems operate at their best. Ideally you would need to be postioned to work the M62 corridor and surrounding areas. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintenance of commercial fire sprinkler systems, inclusive of Wet, Dry, Deluge, Pre-action, Flow switch/Zone check testing
• Carry out fault‑finding, repairs, and component replacement
• Perform system testing in line with FM, NFPA, BS EN 12845, and LPC standards
• Complete service reports and compliance documentation in a timely manner
• Liaise with customers in a professional manner building customer relationships
• Participate in out of hours call‑out rota.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the fire sprinkler industry
• Strong understanding of FM, NFPA & LPCB regulations and standards
• Full UK driving licence – (CSCS, IPAF, PASMA, desirable).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• LPS 1048 qualification desirable (but not essential)
