RFE’s Technical Director Paul and Service Engineer Liam led the session, covering all key elements — from the weekly alarm (bell) test and pump start-up to flow testing and inspection protocols — with plenty of insights and real-world tips along the way!

Team members from several departments took part, building valuable operational knowledge beyond their usual roles. The visit ended with a quick tour of the sprinkler system installed, showing how our design helps ensure reliable fire protection.
