Alan Marshall has been promoted to Regional Manager – South

Alan will lead fire sprinkler projects across the South overseeing design, project delivery, and team development. His expertise, dedication, and leadership have been instrumental in our success, and we are confident he will continue to drive excellence in every project.

Hughie O’Connor has joined us as a Project Manager 

Hughie will be responsible for overseeing small works projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. He will also support ongoing improvement across our small works processes and help strengthen our relationships with key stakeholders. Hughie brings extensive experience in managing small works in a previous role, along with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.  His expertise and proactive approach will be a valuable addition to our organisation.

Phil Harriman has joined us as our new Servicing Manager

Phil Harriman will oversee all service-related operations, including scheduling, client communication, service delivery, and performance management. He will work closely with our technicians, project teams, and clients to ensure our servicing function runs efficiently and consistently meets the high standards we strive for. Phil brings valuable experience in service management, maintenance operations, along with a strong track record of leading teams, improving service processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. His knowledge and leadership will play a key role in strengthening our service offering and supporting our continued growth.
