‘Reliably finishing projects on time and to budget’
In 2019 RFe provided the design, supply and installation of a sprinkler system, including water supplies, to two new schools - Dinnington First School in Northumberland and Toner Avenue Primary School in Hebburn, for our client Castle Building Services (main contractor: Kier). All works were completed to LPC EN12845 (TB221) standard. Both schools were completed on time and on budget. Dinnington School was completed in a phased handover as the water supplies were to be built at a later stage on the site of the old school which was demolished.
